When we moved from Indiana to Lincoln, we did not know whether to buy a pre-owned home or to build a home. After meeting with a realtor and then talking with Donn and Jeff Mann, we had no doubt about our plans. We were impressed with every detail of the Mann homes-from the location of the house on the lot to the custom kitchen cabinets, to the hardwood floors, etc. In addition, the Mann's were very cooperative and understanding about the many changes we wished to make, for example, coverting a deck into an atrium.
